CANCELLATION POLICY

POLICIES -Please pay deposit 5 days before your appointment or your appointment will automatically be cancelled -No extra guest or children allowed due to limited space -Clients with fungus or any pre existing nail conditions will NOT be serviced -Prebook appointments accordingly -Refills must be done 2-3 weeks after original nail set. Anything after will require a soak off or rebalancing fee CANCELLATIONS •please cancel within 48 hrs of your appointment or your deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to book REFUNDS •no refunds will be issued a 7 day warranty is made for each client to fix any mistakes or retention issues •all appointments have a 10 min grace period anything later will be considered a “no show” and the no show fee will be applied unless nail tech decides •If over 10 mins late and nail tech decides to keep your appointment an 10$ late fee will be charged day of appointment •No show clients must pay the 40% of service (no show fee) in order to book again if refusing to pay this fee will result in a banned client from our salon suites •If needing to book on a day that is not in my schedule Ex. I opened at 11 Am but need a appointment at 7 am , a 30$ after hour fee will be charged day of appointment •I have the right to refuse service to anyone and stop service mid way if any disrespect or offenses are made during the appointment
